07 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
08 - 1 head of garlic, top sliced off
09 - 1 lemon, quartered
10 - 1 tablespoon honey
11 - 20 g fresh basil, chopped

# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C. Wash and cube the potatoes, then place them in an 8x8 glass baking dish.
02 - Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the potatoes and sprinkle with thyme, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
